The role emphasizes system-level leadership, policy development, and cross-department collaboration to optimize access, throughput, and patient outcomes.

The candidate will drive staffing models, budgeting, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifikationen

• BSN degree required; RN licensure.
• 5+ years in healthcare with a focus on surgical services.
• 3+ years in surgical-services leadership.
• Current RN license and perioperative knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Provide system-level leadership for perioperative services.
• Direct the daily operations of perioperative departments.
• Oversee OR, preop/postop care, testing, scheduling, endoscopy, sterile processing.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulations.
• Set operational goals, policies and procedures; monitor performance.
• Develop staffing models to meet clinical objectives.
• Collaborate with nursing, finance, IT, and other departments.
