Job summary

Bradford Labs, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain and Scheduling to lead manufacturing supply chain, warehouse, and scheduling across our Illinois sites in Broadview and Blue Island.

You will own production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and logistics to support high-volume, process-driven manufacturing. The role drives the implementation of a modern Warehouse Management System, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and tight cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing supply chain strategy across all plants to ensure material readiness and production continuity.
• Direct demand planning, production scheduling, and MRP to ensure timely manufacturing and optimal material flow.
• Own warehouse operations, logistics, and cycle counting across IL sites; drive WMS implementation and ERP/MRP integration.
• Establish and track KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, logistics efficiency) for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D, and New Product Development to ensure launch readiness and scalability.
