Bradford Labs Inc. seeks a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Broadview liquid facility and the Wireton aerosol site in Blue Island. You will partner with Planning, Quality, EHSS, Maintenance, and HR to meet the production plan safely, on time, with required quality and cost targets.

You will supervise production staff across both sites, drive continuous improvement, and manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure consistent standards and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5–10 years in progressive production leadership.
• Experience in regulated, high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills with CI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production at two facilities and align with plans, safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead supervisors, line leads, and operators; allocate labor and resources across sites.
• Coordinate with EHSS, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance to meet schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardize practices across both sites.
• Manage temp labor and review time records; report status to VP of Operations.
