Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in manufacturing
• 5+ years in a senior role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Engineering; MBA preferred
• Deep experience in production planning, inventory control, logistics, and plant support functions
• Experience evaluating and implementing WMS and ERP/MRP integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy to ensure material readiness and production continuity across IL plants
• Direct demand planning, production scheduling, and MRP to optimize manufacturing efficiency
• Own master production scheduling for Broadview and Blue Island facilities
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and distribution performance
• Evaluate and implement a modern WMS and integrate with ERP/MRP platforms
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve lead times and reduce waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness and capacity planning
