Job summary

Bradford Soap Works Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee day-to-day production at two Illinois sites in Broadview and Blue Island. You will lead supervisors, plan staffing, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

Requires 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership, experience with regulated environments, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Will report to the VP of Operations and coordinate with EHSS, Quality, and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 5–10 years of progressive production leadership
• Experience in regulated, high-volume manufacturing or filling/packaging
• Aerosol manufacturing experience or flammable materials knowledge preferred
• Experience managing multiple shifts or facilities
• OSHA, cGMP, quality systems knowledge
• Lean/5S/root cause analysis experience preferred
• Experience managing temporary/agency labor
• MS Office; ERP/PP system experience preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
