Bradford Labs, Inc. seeks a Director of Scheduling and Logistics to lead supply chain, warehouse, and scheduling across Broadview and Blue Island, IL.

You will own production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and logistics, aligning with manufacturing goals and cost controls. The role drives Lean improvement, evaluates a modern WMS, coordinates with Operations and Plant Managers, and ensures on-time delivery of high-volume products through strategic capacity planning and data-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business preferred; MBA or master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, scheduling, and material planning across two IL sites.
• Own master production scheduling and daily/shift-level scheduling.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
• Evaluate, select, and implement a modern Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrated with ERP/MRP.
