Job summary

Bradford Labs in Broadview, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead two facilities with_a focus on safety, quality, and on-time production. You will manage supervisors, plan staffing and equipment, and drive continuous improvement across both sites.

You will partner with EHSS, Quality, Maintenance, and HR to optimize operations and cost, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong team performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive production or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in regulated, high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing multiple shifts or facilities is valued.
• Knowledge of OSHA, cGMP, and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production at Broadview and Wireton facilities, ensuring plan attainment.
• Lead production meetings, allocate labor and resources, and drive safety and quality.
• Coach and develop staff, manage performance, and coordinate with HR.
• Partner with EHSS, Quality, and Maintenance to sustain improvements.
• Monitor costs and drive continuous improvement across sites.
