You will join the plant leadership team to develop and execute a clear supply chain strategy, improving customer satisfaction, operational performance and cost efficiency. The role requires building a high-performing organization, driving continuous improvement, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making in alignment with plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management or related field.
• At least five years of experience in a comparable supply chain position within automotive manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in demand and production planning, material management, inventory optimization, and customer delivery.
• Hands-on experience in internal warehouse operations, shop floor logistics and transportation.
• Experience managing customer relationships and supply chain recovery plans.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP system improvements; familiarity with TMS.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, reduce costs and improve KPIs via data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand, production, capacity and material planning to align customer needs with plant resources.
• Drive S&OP to balance delivery, efficiency, inventory and working capital.
• Oversee customer communications, delivery commitments and escalations.
• Proactively manage supply risks and disruptions with cross-functional teams.
