Job summary

• Experience supervising Shipping/Receiving in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes.
• Ability to improve operational costs and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping/Receiving Team Leaders and associates to meet safety, quality and service goals.
• Own end-to-end dock operations including inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
• Monitor performance metrics like on-time shipment and inventory accuracy.
• Plan staffing to match volumes and priorities.
• Ensure SAP/WMS transactions are accurate and timely.
