Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead pursuit of new business and renewals. You will coordinate the sales cycle, develop pricing, craft value propositions, and direct cross-functional pursuit teams to close strategic contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred; five+ years of sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience selling supply chain solutions and achieving quota targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit of new business and expansion/renewal where applicable.
• Coordinate the full sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, and deal strategy.
• Develop pricing strategy and negotiate contracts.
• Manage cross-functional pursuit teams and ensure timely closing of deals.
