Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in large, complex global organizations with matrixed structures.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and partnerships.
• Ability to structure agreements that support long-term profitable growth.
• Track record of identifying and developing new revenue opportunities, markets, partnerships, or strategic relationships.
• Experience guiding opportunities from market identification through execution.

Responsibilities

• Implement global objectives to drive growth and pursue acquisition targets or partnerships.
• Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers to enable profitable sales growth.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, customers and vendors within the business group’s technologies.
• Develop and execute business development initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence and craft market-specific sales strategies and opportunities.
• Drive execution of sales growth plans and create demand opportunities.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE.
