Arrow Electronics is seeking a Finance Manager for its Global Supply Chain Services unit in Denver. You will lead financial planning, variance analysis, monthly close, margin analysis, and coordinate cross‑functional processes for new programs.

The role serves as a Finance Business Partner with a customer-facing element and requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 8+ years of corporate finance experience; hybrid work arrangement in Panorama Arrow Building.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Requires 8+ years of corporate financial or accounting experience
• Ability to present complex analysis with clarity under deadline pressure
• Strong financial acumen and analytics with forecasting model development
• Knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and internal controls; familiarity with Oracle/ERP/Business Objects
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-department coordination
• Experience with P&L management and financial processes
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task under deadlines

Responsabilités

• Strategically partner with executive management and business partners
• Present to management on special projects and analytical conclusions
• Lead projects related to new processes, issues, or structural changes
• Develop forward-looking forecasts and budgets
• Prepare monthly expense summaries with concise action-oriented commentary
• Support month-end close including accruals and margin analysis
• Produce monthly financial reports for distribution to the business
• Proactively review costs and adjust forecasts based on actuals
• Analyze revenue vs forecast and report variances
• Build relationships to understand drivers and business needs
• Develop reporting of operating metrics to track profitability
• Perform ad hoc reporting as required
• May require late-night/weekend/holiday coverage for close deadlines
