• Provide leadership and supervision to Mental Health and Wellness Team.
• Lead trauma-informed, evidence-based services to students.
• Ensure consistent mental health and wellness support across campuses.
• Lead crisis response planning for student mental health concerns.
• Develop and maintain behavioral intervention and restorative practices systems.
• Oversee documentation and referral workflows for student wellness.
