Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of management or leadership experience in student services.
• Experience with Title IX, student conduct, and NaBITA/behavioral intervention is preferred.
• Experience with case-management platforms (e.g., Maxient) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead college-wide student services, including conduct administration, accessibility services, and special populations.
• Oversee policy compliance, hearing processes, and disciplinary procedures.
• Supervise Accessibility Services and Special Populations staff across campuses.
• Develop outreach strategies and coordinate with campus partners to support at-risk students.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and reporting; develop dashboards on outcomes.
• Provide training on policy, confidentiality, and student support services.
