Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Student Affairs/Personnel, Higher Education, or related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in college student life programs or career services.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs college-wide student life and student government programs to boost engagement and retention.
• Leads Office of Career Success, delivers internships and career services, and conducts resume/ interview coaching.
• Oversees budgets for student life, career services, SGA, leadership retreats, and clubs/organizations.
