Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of college-level experience in student life or career services.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs college-wide student life programs to increase engagement and retention.
• Leads Office of Career Success and provides career services and workshops.
• Supervises direct reports and manages budgets for student life programs.
• Oversees SGA activities and district/state meetings.
• Coordinates student organizations and leadership retreats.
• Manages RaiderConnect and reports outcomes.
• Supports policy development for student life and career services.
