The Director, Student Development provides college-wide leadership, management, development, and oversight of comprehensive student development programs that support student learning and personal and career development. Programs and services may include student activities, career development, leadership development, leadership retreats, Student Government Association (SGA), campus clubs and organizations, and community service.

The College anticipates that the position incumbent must be available throughout the workday and, on some occasions, after regular work hours.
