Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience in student involvement or residential college settings.
• Master’s degree in student affairs, college student personnel, higher education, counseling, or related area preferred.
• Experience advising, supporting or counseling students in one-on-one settings.
• Demonstrated leadership, creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with students and senior administrators.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop members of the Student Event Team (SET).
• Plan and coordinate SEA programs, events, and campus partnerships.
• Support budgeting: forecasting expenses, tracking expenditures, allocating resources.
