Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in student personnel, education, counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in student affairs, engagement, success, counseling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for campus engagement initiatives and student activities programming.
• Advise the Student Government Association and support leadership development.
• Plan, implement and evaluate leadership development programs and campus events.
• Develop diverse programming including in-person, virtual, and online options.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and manage event budgets.
• Supervise assigned student engagement and wellness staff.
• Assist in crisis response and student wellbeing initiatives.
• Represent the College at community and professional events.
