Job summary

Marquette University is seeking a Director of Student Conduct to design, implement, and supervise programs and practices governing student conduct, policy development, enforcement, and adjudication.

Lead investigations for fraternities, sororities and student organizations; oversee data management and reporting; coordinate assessments and policy revisions; and supervise staff while managing program budgets and purchasing related to conduct activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in student conduct administration and policy development in a college setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience managing multiple tasks with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to critical student conduct concerns in coordination with campus entities and direct the conduct process.
• Serve as a conduct administrator and database administrator for case management software and oversee data records.
• Coordinate assessment plans for hearing processes and officer performance.
• Review and revise policies related to student life and conduct, including policy implementation and reporting.
• Develop and evaluate student outreach programs, conduct training for staff, and manage related financial duties.
• Supervise staff and student employees, including hiring, terming, and performance management.
