Missouri State University is hiring a Director of Student Conduct to administer the University's student conduct program under the Assistant Dean of Students. The director trains hearing officers, hearing boards, and Residence Life, Housing and Dining Services staff on conduct policies and procedures. The role also offers alternative dispute resolution and advises on complex legal and regulatory issues in higher education.

  • Hold a master's degree in student personnel administration, higher education administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Have 2+ years of related student affairs experience, including knowledge of student development theory, the Clery Act, and FERPA.
  • Pay $57,431 to $62,400 per year.
  • Work as an exempt, full-time regular employee on the Springfield Campus.
