Marquette University invites applications for the Director of Student Conduct. This role designs, implements and supervises programs related to student conduct, policy development, enforcement and adjudication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Student Affairs, College Student Personnel, Counseling).
• Five years of experience in student affairs and student conduct administration.
• Experience with policy development and implementation in student life.
• Demonstrated commitment to Jesuit/Catholic mission and service.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and supervise programs and practices related to student conduct.
• Coordinate investigations and responses for student organizations.
• Oversee data, records and system use for case management purposes.
• Develop assessment plans and annual reporting on student conduct activities.
• Supervise staff and student workers, including hiring and performance reviews.
