Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience directing multiple large projects and leading PM teams.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 15–20 active projects totaling $60–100M in annual revenue.
• Approve budgets, change orders, and purchase decisions per guidelines.
• Develop and grow the project management department and staff.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
