S&R Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Structural Steel) to lead projects from start to finish in Harrisburg and nationwide. You will plan, coordinate budgets, schedules, and crane plans, while maintaining safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural steel project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Willing to travel to manage jobs nationwide.
• Skilled with project management software and tools.
• Clear communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
• Reliable transportation for job site visits.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Develop strong plans before work begins, including erection sequences and crane plans.
• Stay connected with field teams, leadership, and clients to keep everyone aligned.
• Solve problems fast and keep projects moving while ensuring safety and quality.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, with no compromises on quality.
