S&R Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Structural Steel) to lead projects from start to finish in Harrisburg and nationwide. You will plan, coordinate budgets, schedules, and crane plans, while maintaining safety and quality on every job.

Bring strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for ownership. We offer relocation support to Harrisburg, PA and a path to senior leadership as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural steel project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Willing to travel to manage jobs nationwide.
• Skilled with project management software and tools.
• Clear communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
• Reliable transportation for job site visits.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
