Job summary

S&R Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Structural Steel) to lead projects from inception to completion in Harrisburg, PA. You will spearhead budgets, schedules, and resources, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in structural steel project management, the ability to travel nationwide, and strong leadership and communication skills. Relocation assistance is offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural steel project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Willing to travel to manage jobs nationwide.
• Skilled with project management software and tools.
• Clear communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
• Reliable transportation for job site visits.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules and resources.
• Build strong plans before work begins, including erection sequences, crane plans and safety strategies.
• Maintain alignment by staying connected with field teams, leadership and clients.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward.
• Protect safety and quality with zero shortcuts or compromises.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
