Job summary

Machinify seeks a Director, Business Operations & Strategy to translate executive strategy into finished materials and closed action loops. You will build board memos, sponsor updates, and decision narratives, working directly with the CEO and Chief Transformation Officer.

The role requires a consulting or investment banking foundation and a hands-on approach to driving items to closure, including M&A analysis and synergy capture.

Qualifications

• Experience building executive-grade analyses and decision memos.

Responsibilities

• Build decision memos with trade-offs, ownership, and close dates.
• Lead market, competitor, and client analyses to support GTM, pricing, and product prioritization.
• Partner with Finance on value capture and EBITDA bridge inputs.
• Own the creation of Board decks, sponsor updates, and investor presentations.
• Maintain executive cadence: agendas, pre-reads, and OKR tracking.
