You will translate complex questions into actionable, measurable recommendations for senior executives and the board. The role combines market analysis, investment evaluation, and value-creation initiatives, with AI-enabled workflows and BI tools to accelerate insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, enterprise/corporate/growth strategy or related environment.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies preferred.
• Comfort using AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Hybrid role with in-office presence 3 days/week in Charlotte or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategy and drive priority growth/value creation initiatives.
• Turn ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable recommendations with measurable outcomes.
• Lead complex strategic programs and evaluate investments in growth/opportunity areas.
• Support build, buy or partner decisions across strategy, corporate development and cross-functional execution.
• Synthesize market, customer, financial and operational insights into executive-ready materials for leadership and board discussions.
