Job summary

Fenway Health is establishing a Strategy Office to ensure growth is planned and delivered with impact. The Director, Project Management will drive execution of new service lines, partnerships, and initiatives across clinical, operational, financial, and admin teams.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this leader identifies risks early and builds coordination to bring ventures to successful completion on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Seven (7) or more years in project or program management, integration, or healthcare operations.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects, ideally including the integration of a new business line or an affiliated organization in healthcare.
• Experience leading work in a clinical environment with clinicians whose first accountability is patient care.
• Comfort building a function from scratch and working hands-on, without a team or an established office in place.

Responsibilities

• Leads launch planning for new service lines across clinical readiness, staffing, billing, space, marketing, and patient access.
• Keeps launch plans and go/no-go checklists current.
• Ensures every launch plan includes HRSA, FQHC, licensure, and other regulatory requirements, with Compliance sign-off.
• Partners with the Director of Business Development to ensure delivery against baselines, readiness certification, and handoff to Operations.
• Keeps a portfolio view of approved ventures for leadership and the Board.
