Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in strategy and business development or complex business project management.
• 7 years of documented success in strategy, business development, or program management.
• Administrative or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strategy and business development experience in the Washington healthcare marketplace (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and vision for the Service Area using a data-driven approach to develop business plans and growth initiatives.
• Participate in management teams and contribute to quarterly reviews and strategic field assessments.
• Direct the development of capital requests and oversee service line growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance on long-term targets and annual budgets.
