Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic operations, program management, or comparable high-accountability roles.
• Ability to build executive- and board-level presentations with data-driven storytelling.
• Experience preparing materials for boards or compensation committees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to People Leadership Team on strategic and organizational matters.
• Develop executive communications and board materials in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
• Translate people data into decision-ready narratives and insights.
• Lead cross-functional programs from strategy through execution with accountability.
• Set measurable goals and drive SMART-aligned program discipline.
• Collaborate across teams and operate with independence and follow-through.
