Capital One seeks a Business Director to apply strategic and analytic leadership across key growth initiatives in Chicago. A strong background in quantitative and qualitative analysis and people management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis.
• At least 2 years of people management.
• At least 2 years of project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability and competitive advantage.
• Lead and coach analysts; mentor talent across teams.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, service and profitability.
• Make data-driven decisions with strong analytical reasoning and judgment.
