Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
Lead product-level modeling/analytics and pricing strategies for lending products.
Direct-to-consumer marketing leadership and insights for new customer experiences.
Develop risk models and test hypotheses to improve credit performance.
Oversee multiple projects and coordinate with IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver outcomes.
Mentor and develop analysts, fostering talent and accountability.
