• 10+ years in People roles with progressive responsibility.
• Experience managing and developing a team of business partners.
• Track record in high-growth environments.
• Strong org design instincts and leadership judgment.
• Comfort with performance and calibration conversations.
• Data-driven approach to people strategy.
• Directness paired with warmth in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build the team and the craft; hire, coach, and grow PBPs to operate at a high level.
• Own the relationship with the exec team; provide strategic input on people matters.
• Set the operating model for prioritization, partnership, and impact as the company scales.
• Raise the talent bar through calibration and evidence-based decisions.
• Develop managers across the company to scale leadership capability.
• Turn data into a point of view with recommendations, not dashboards.
• Partner across People functions to align programs with business needs.
• Handle complex employee relations with judgment and escalation when needed.
