Job summary

Delinea is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director, People Business Partner to partner with Product, Technology, and AI leaders. You will advise the EVP of Product & Technology and the AI leader, shaping how we organize, hire, develop, and retain technical talent behind our identity security platform.

As part of the Global PBP leadership, you will help set people strategy for the entire company, lead org design and workforce planning, and drive leadership development across functions in a GM

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting Engineering, Product, or R&D in a B2B SaaS or tech company
• Experience partnering with C-suite or EVP-level leaders
• Track record in org design, workforce planning, and change management
• Experience partnering with an organization that runs a GM or business-unit model
• Working knowledge of software teams (agile, career paths, leveling)
• Curiosity about AI and its impact on work
• Global experience preferred (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)

Responsibilities

• GM operating model design: Partner with the EVP of Product & Technology and the three General Managers to design and embed the GM operating model
• Define decision rights across the GMs, the EVP, and shared functions
• Design interfaces with Engineering platform, Product Ops, Finance, and the People team
• Adapt org design, talent, and performance practices to the GM model
• Lead the people side of the change, including sequencing, leader readiness, communications, and adoption metrics
• Enterprise people strategy: Shape people programs across Delinea
• Turn successful practices into repeatable principles, playbooks, and tools
• Partner with Global PBP team to scale approaches to other functions
• Act as thought partner to VP, Global PBPs on enterprise org effectiveness
• Strategic partnership: Advise P&T and AI leaders on org design, talent, and culture
• Org design & workforce planning: Lead span-and-layer reviews and headcount planning
• Talent & succession: Run talent reviews and calibration, retain critical talent
• Leadership coaching: Coach senior leaders on team effectiveness
• Change management: Guide reorganizations and operating model changes
• Employee relations: Handle ER matters with Legal and People COEs
• Total rewards & performance: Collaborate on career frameworks and pay cycles
