You will align HR strategies with business goals, coach managers, and ensure HR practices are compliant, effective, and focused on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3–5 years of related HR experience in corporate or higher-education settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with campus leaders to shape workforce strategies and culture.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Lead HR operations including benefits, payroll, and records management.
• Support onboarding, acquisitions, and change initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies meet legal requirements and company standards.
