Job summary

Dignity Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support two hospital locations in California, guiding operational HR across facilities and service areas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years HR/leadership experience, or a Master's degree with relevant HR experience.
• HR generalist experience or 2+ areas of specialty (compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition).
• Demonstrated employee relations experience with knowledge of recruitment, training, benefits and compensation theory.

Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment with business direction and HR goals; create plans and present progress to leaders.
• Provide employee relations support to employees and management; resolve concerns.
• Interpret policies and collective bargaining agreements; advise on documentation and termination processes.
• Provide leadership coaching on management skills, performance, and communications.
