Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 6+ years in HR.
• At least 2 years partnering with senior or executive leaders.
• Experience supporting a global business population and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Influence workforce planning, org design, and talent strategies.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Use workforce analytics and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive change management and communication strategies for initiatives.
• Collaborate with COEs to improve employee engagement and culture.
• Support leadership assessment and development through feedback processes.
