Job summary

The Core Collective in Missouri seeks a Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships to serve as the organization’s senior fundraising and external-relations leader. You will design and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow philanthropic revenue, cultivate major donors, and build strategic partnerships that advance the mission.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of fundraising or related leadership experience.
• Proven success cultivating, soliciting, and closing major gifts.
• Experience building a development operation and pipelines.
• Strong governance engagement with CEO and Board.
• Expertise in moves management and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for philanthropic revenue growth and diversification.
• Oversee major gifts, foundations, corporate partnerships, and campaigns.
• Develop and manage the development team and CRM processes.
