Job summary

International Arts & Artists seeks a Director of Development to lead philanthropic strategy and grow contributed revenue from foundations, government sources, corporate partners, and individual donors. The role partners with the CEO and senior staff to craft fundable programs and a compelling case for support, expanding the organization’s cultural diplomacy mission.

The director will build a sustainable development function, ensure donor stewardship, and establish policies and systems across CRM

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Experience building development programs and grant writing.
• Track record across foundations, government, corporate and individual sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year contributed revenue plan aligned with the strategic plan.
• Build a culture of philanthropy across staff and Board.
• Oversee foundation, government, corporate, and donor programs, including major gifts and planned giving.
