Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a senior change management and transformation leader to sell and deliver large-scale OCM programs across industries. You will define change strategies, oversee stakeholder engagement, and coach global teams while advising senior executives.

The role emphasizes delivering integrated change management aligned with business goals and contributing to capability development and business growth. A senior leadership presence will be essential across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational design.
• Experience leading OCM projects across outsourcing, managed services transitions, divestitures, mergers & acquisitions, and Agile POD Delivery.
• Experience leading multi-country OCM programs across Global Contact Center and Global Operating Model support.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, ITSM processes, etc.
• Experience working with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver large-scale, complex OCM transformation programs across industries and geographies.
• Define and implement integrated change management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, change readiness activities, and adoption measurement frameworks.
• Design and lead leadership engagement initiatives, including executive alignment, sponsorship, and communication strategies.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple grades and geographies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to capability development, thought leadership, and business development efforts.
