Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Transportation and/or Logistics.
• 6+ years in business development or sales leadership, preferably in trucking/transportation/logistics.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent presentation and business writing skills; able to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting plans (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Identify and target key accounts aligned with service offerings.
• Build a robust pipeline and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and manage the sales process to close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
