Job summary

Christ the King Church and School in Omaha seeks a Director of Advancement to lead a comprehensive stewardship and development program. You will secure financial resources to support ministries and collaborate with the pastor and parish leadership to advance the mission of the church and school.

You will engage parish families, acknowledge major donors, and track giving trends to drive strategic fundraising and communications efforts across the parish and school community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major fundraising activities for church or school.
• Ability to analyze donor data and report on giving trends.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with parish leadership and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive stewardship and development program.
• Provide leadership alongside the pastor and collaborate with the Finance Committee and Pastoral Council.
• Engage parish families to grow gifts of time, talent and treasures.
