• Ability to manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Strong grant development and compliance experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead Annual Fund strategy, segmentation, solicitation, and stewardship across donor levels.
• Manage a personal portfolio of major gift prospects and donors; execute moves management.
• Cultivate and solicit planned giving and maintain the Legacy Circle.
• Develop corporate sponsorship strategies and consolidate sponsorships into an annual catalog.
• Lead the Heart of Gold Auction and MIS Golf Classic from strategy to post-event review.
• Maintain donor stewardship through letters, visits, and recognition events.
• Oversee advancement data systems and generate reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Pastor and Principal on donor communications and events.
• Provide institutional leadership as a member of the senior leadership team.
