Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Nonprofit fundraising experience preferred, including major gifts and capital campaigns.
• Proficiency in donor management systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud).
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Strategic Development Plan with measurable fundraising goals.
• Lead fundraising programs (Capital Campaign, Major Donor gifts, Grants, Sacrificial Giving).
• Cultivate and steward a portfolio of donors; solicit gifts and report activity.
• Coordinate with Advancement Foundation and parish stakeholders; volunteer leadership and events.
• Track and report fundraising activity in donor databases; maintain confidentiality.
