Job summary

Archdiocese of Omaha seeks a Director of Mission and Operations to lead the parish’s administration and daily operations. You will collaborate with clergy and staff to advance evangelization, worship, faith formation, stewardship, and service within a vibrant Catholic community.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, financial oversight, personnel management, and coordinating operations while upholding Church teachings and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible leadership or management experience.
• Experience in budgeting, personnel, organizational operations, or facilities management.
• Background in and/or knowledge of the Catholic Church with a demonstrated commitment to its mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee parish operations and day-to-day administration.
• Manage budgets, financial oversight, and stewardship initiatives.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with clergy, staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
