Job summary

Southwest Christian High School is seeking a Director of Development to lead strategic fundraising, major donor cultivation, and capital campaign oversight. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with nonprofit or advancement experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Proven track record in major gifts and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate major donor prospects with Head of School.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with lead givers and partners.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow philanthropic support.
• Coordinate annual campaigns, capital campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
• Develop donor recognition programs.
• Oversee corporate partnerships and grant writing efforts.
