Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in education, administration, customer service, HR, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary intake point for administrative concerns.
• Gather and document information related to complaints, concerns, and appeals.
• Maintain clear, organized records of meetings and follow-up actions.
• Route issues to appropriate administrators for decision-making.
• Monitor open issues and ensure timely follow-through.
• Resolve routine concerns while escalating more complex situations.
• Support leadership with administrative projects and initiatives.
