DOSS's Forward Deployed Services team is the core engine of DOSS and the success of our customers. The Director of Solutions Architecture sits at the intersection of product, data, operations, implementation, and customer partnership, leading a team of our most technical Forward Deployed Product Managers while staying deeply hands-on yourself.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management.
• Systems thinker who can map interconnections across people, process, and technology.
• Hands-on, player-coach leader who rolls up sleeves and works alongside the team.
• Thrives in high-intensity startup/consulting/finance environments.
• Technical from first principles; can break down hard engineering problems for the team.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to synthesize quickly and decision-make under ambiguity.
• SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers across a portfolio of upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Stay hands-on across the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, and go-live.
• Own the success of the client relationships; portfolio reflects the team’s execution.
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Drive new product capabilities to support enterprise growth.
• Set and enforce best-in-class practices and processes across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations and data migrations.
• Lead the portfolio through UAT, training, and go-live support.
• Coach FDPMs on client management and delivery quality.
• Drive automation and AI-forward improvements to the product and lifecycle processes.
