Job summary

HP, Inc. seeks a Solution Architect Program Manager to drive advanced technology solutions from concept through production readiness and launch. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning hardware, firmware, software, validation, and security to align requirements with product milestones.

The role requires deep technical judgment, structured planning, and executive-level communication to ensure scalable, secure, and manufacturable solutions aligned with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience across solution architecture, system software, embedded software, firmware, platform engineering, and technical program management.
• Proven experience moving concepts from concept/POC to production launch and scalable productization.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end solution programs from concept to launch readiness.
• Translate concepts into clear scope, requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Own integrated schedules aligning engineering deliverables with product development checkpoints.
